About Susan Vaught

Everyone wants to know why. Well here is my why. Being a Realtor is such a fullfilling adventure for me. I meet the most wonderful people. See places that I may not ever see, and most of all, get to help that person(s) fullfill their dream of home ownership.

I grew up in Texas, around construction and new subdivisions being built. My aunt was a Realtor. After I married and moved to Arkansas. The land, the cattle, the raising kids took over our own personal goals. But, I never forgot the idea in the back of my head of becoming a Realtor. When our kids were teenagers, I obtained my sales person license, and three years later my brokers license. This career has given me the ability be that go-to person for real estate needs and questions. This career is the perfect choice for me and my lifestyle. I feel one of the most important segments of my industry is the education we recieve. There are so many designations and continuing education and conventions with the best speakers, it keeps us astute and abreast of the modern day real estate transactions.

As you can see, I love ranches, farms, mountain cabins, mansions, and commercial buildings, but a major portion of my real estate transactions is that first time home buyer. These are the group of folks I love to work with because they are so appreciative of achieving their dream.
